Keeper of the light was once a top tier support because of his abilities to delay and stop pushes with his huge nuke damage.
He isn't picked very often now because people favor 'do shit' supports that can gank, roam, and adapt to a lot of situations, but he's still useful in pub games.
He can independently farm jungles quite fast, and support and nuke enemy heroes with little loss of his mana pool.
This game isn't a very typical game, but it should at least show you the potential that Keeper of the Light has in late game scenarios!
